Understanding the Terms of Service for H.STUDIO's IT Services
These Terms of Service govern the use of the website www.h-studio-berlin.de, operated by H-Studio – Anna Hartung (Einzelunternehmen, Berlin, Germany). By using our website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the website.
Scope of Services
H-Studio provides IT services including software and web development, app design, marketing automation, and related consulting. All services are individually agreed upon and invoiced directly to the client.
Payments
Payments are processed via invoicing. Payment terms, including fees and deadlines, are defined in individual agreements. Late payments may incur reasonable reminder fees and default interest as permitted under German commercial law (§ 288 BGB).
Privacy
We comply with the EU GDPR and relevant German data protection laws (BDSG). All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell or disclose personal information to third parties without consent.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate project information, respect intellectual property, and use our services only for lawful purposes.
Intellectual Property
All deliverables, code, and design assets remain the intellectual property of H-Studio until full payment has been received. Upon payment, the client obtains the rights specified in the individual contract.
Liability Disclaimer
H-Studio is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by external factors beyond our control. Liability for intent or gross negligence remains unaffected (§§ 276–278 BGB).
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws. We encourage resolving any disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon publication on this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
